Patient Assistance
As a medical home, we provide comprehensive care beyond medicine to include social services, transportation assistance and translator to facilitate your care.
Our Social services include:
- Medication assistance for patients without prescription coverage who meet income guidelines from pharmaceutical companies.
- Specialist referrals for uninsured patients who need specialty care or procedures. Payment plan may be available via local specialists.
- Transportation assistance for patients who have no transportation between home and our local health centers in Biloxi and Gulfport.
- CHIP/Medicaid outreach to assist patients who may be eligible for CHIP/Medicaid program.
